How to apply for return or exchange of goods
- Contact our customer service team to submit a return or exchange request
- Obtain return and exchange authorization, obtain return address and shipping instructions
- Return the product according to the instructions
- After receiving the returned package, we will process a refund or send out a replacement product for you as soon as possible
Kind reminder: The refund amount does not include installation fees, labor costs, testing fees, or other expenses unrelated to the product itself.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product remains brand new and the packaging is intact, we will process a return, refund or exchange service for you.
Regarding return shipping costs: If the reason for the return or exchange is due to product quality issues, we will provide a return label; If the customer applies for a return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as unsuitability, dislike, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer themselves.
